Comfortable, easy-living Villas on the Cedar Lake Village Campus offer a maintenance-free lifestyle for those ages 55 and older. Located in a quiet, semi-rural setting, the Villas offer four floor plans to choose from. Cedar Lake Village provides lawn care, snow removal and home maintenance. Each Villa has 24-hour access to a Lifeline system. As a resident, take advantage of all the Cedar Lake Village amenities, including our busy activity schedule, beautiful dining rooms, swimming pool, ice cream parlor and beauty/barber salon.

Our villas here at Cedar Lake Village are different from others you may have investigated. CLV has what’s called an Entrance Fee. This is an upfront fee, that is very similar to a deposit. However, all of what we offer here at Cedar Lake Village are month-to-month rentals. Our residents do not own their villas or apartments. The Entrance Fee, is paid before moving in, and you decide whether you want 100%, 90%, or 80% of that Entrance Fee back when you move out of your villa. This then determines your monthly maintenance fee.
